Each month, teachers will receive reminders to update their availability profile, as well as add any upcoming dates when they are unavailable. These Monthly Availability Reminders will be sent via SMS messaging to the teacher’s mobile phone number. Standard text messaging rates will apply. 

A “DONE” response is required to confirm the teacher has, indeed, completed the task and confirm the information contained therein is accurate and up to date. If no response is received, reminders will be sent daily*. 

Before confirming the monthly availability has been done, follow the necessary steps to update availability and/or add unavailable dates to the calendar. 

Once completed, confirm the monthly availability process has been done by following these steps 

(Please note that each notification will have a unique 3-digit code):

  1. Type 3-digit code of inquiry

  2. Type “DONE”

  3. Send message

Example: 789 DONE 

* Reminders will continue daily until a qualifying response is received (includes 3-digit code and DONE). If the formatting is incorrect, the system may not recognize a qualifying response and continue sending reminders.
