The Forbes Music app offers an amazing system of communication through internal and shared lesson notes. These fields provide an opportunity after you have completed a lesson to add homework assignments, notes on how the lesson went, or whatever else you might like to record.

What are Internal Notes?

Internal Notes can be added to a specific lesson when the lesson is being completed in the FMC calendar. These notes are for internal use only - so they can only be viewed by the administrative staff and a student’s assigned teacher.

What are Shared Notes?

Shared Notes can be added to a specific lesson when the lesson is being completed in the FMC calendar. These can be viewed by the company administrative staff, assigned teachers, and customers with enabled user accounts. 

A really cool addition is the ability to send shared lesson notes to the assigned client. After you have completed your notes, you just need to use the email checkbox to share with the assigned client.
