The introduction to your contract is made up of recitals that:
- Outline the services Forbes Music Company provides;
- Details the services that you, the Contractor, will be contracted to deliver; and
- Establishes the relationship between Forbes Music Company and you, the Contractor.
Section 1: Authority of Contractor explains that Forbes Music retains services of Contractor, and that Contractor will provide the selected services from the list. This section lists five service options to choose from, and at least one must be selected.
