In this section, the Contractor affirms that they are not bound by an agreement or any other existing or previous obligation or business relationship which conflicts with, or may conflict with, or which will or could prevent the full performance of Contractor’s obligations and duties under this Agreement.

The Contractor represents and warrants to the Company that Contractor is experienced and knowledgeable in the means and methods of teaching music to students and conducting music Lessons and Classes and need not receive training from Company.

Also, this affirms that the teacher's business is not merged or integrated into the Company’s business, but is independent of Company’s business.
